The apartment is fully fitted and furnished. The large living room with dining area features a leather corner sofa and flat-screen TV. From here you can access the balcony terrace with its wonderful view of the garden. The separate dining kitchen, with fitted appliances, including all electrical appliances and complete range of kitchen utensils, plus dining table to seat up to four people, invites you to cook and enjoy yourselves. Bathroom with bath and shower fitting, plus glass divider, WC and washbasin with cupboard. The washing machine and dryer can be found in the building’s cellar. The bedroom features a double bed and wardrobe, and a separate storage room can be found in the hall. An additional balcony is accessed from the bedroom. An internet connection can be provided if desired. A cleaning service can also be arranged.
